Sarstedt Campus: LED light lines lend structure and atmosphere
To mark the company’s 60th anniversary, the Sarstedt family business has given its headquarters in Nümbrecht a new architectural design. The redesigned campus, consisting of a striking round building and two wing buildings, is atmospherically accentuated by a precisely coordinated lighting concept from ADO Lights.
The central element of the exterior design is around 600 metres of LED light lines, which are flush-mounted in the floor structure. The strip lighting precisely follows the contours of the generous flowerbed borders and translates the architectural design language into a visual guide in the dark. The lines ensure discreet routing, emphasise the clear geometry of the square and underline the quality of the space.
With their warm white colour temperature of 3000 Kelvin, their high homogeneity and the robust PU encapsulation, the light lines are not only functional but also visually effective. Whether straight or curved, they fit seamlessly into the design concept and create an atmospheric ambience that keeps the campus lively even in the evening hours.
