Folkwang Museum
TTC FR 10/K Slotted on one side with comb grate coverKSF.
The Folkwang Museum was opened in Hagen in 1902 by the patron of the arts Karl Ernst Osthaus under the name Folkwang Museum and for a long time played a pioneering role in the field of modern art. In 1921, the collection was sold to Essen and continued to be managed by the Folkwang Museum Association.
In 2010, it was decided to rebuild the museum and this was realized by the architect David Chipperfield. The stainless steel gratings and channels from TTC Timmler Technology not only provide an attractive appearance, but also ensure a safe and stable base.
The walk-on comb gratings also provide a free air outlet, which ensures good ventilation of the rooms and thus supports the preservation of the works of art.
The channels and longitudinal gratings are made of stainless steel. The grating supports rest on a beveled channel, these are set up according to the height of the grating depending on the load.
