LED Light Lines from Ado Lights Create Atmosphere and Safety at the New Nantes Train Station Forecourt
As part of the extensive redesign of the South train station forecourt in Nantes, LED light lines from ado lights (type LLF 20.40) were installed under the curved benches. Over a length of 85 meters, they immerse the square in a warm, pleasant light, creating an inviting atmosphere – especially in the evening hours.
The robust and durable LED light lines contribute to safety and support the feel-good atmosphere for travelers, residents, and guests of the surrounding restaurants and hotels. Unobtrusive stainless steel inspection boxes with paving-compatible manhole covers ensure easy maintenance and blend harmoniously into the overall picture.
The lighting concept was designed by Atelier Coup d’Éclat, which specializes in energy-efficient and durable lighting solutions – with a lifespan of up to 50,000 hours at 70% luminous flux. Thus, ado lights combines modern technology with creative design and contributes significantly to the high quality of stay in the new district.
